It’s with great sadness that we share the news that Roy Hopkins passed away peacefully on Saturday morning. Roy was a stalwart of the club during the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s competing Nationally for the Mid Devon. Perhaps his greatest result was winning stage 8 of the 1962 Tour of Britain from Northampton to Skegness
